Penguins are seabirds that live only in Antarctica, New Zealand, Southern Australia, South Africa and South America. They use their wings to swim underwater so they cannot physically fly. Penguins eat fish, krill, squid, and more seafood. Penguins may stand nearly 4 feet tall or shorter and can weigh close to 100 pounds. Smaller penguins might be up to 1 feet tall.
